Vegetarian 100

Earlier this week I found and posted the Omnivore's 100. I mentioned in the comments that a vegetarian list was needed as well. Maybelle's Mom stepped up to the plate with her meticulously annotated Vegetarian 100. Stop by feeding maybelle to see her list and leave a comment there if post a copy of the list. How cow was there a lot I haven't tried! I need to go shopping to look for some of this stuff.

General rules:
bold
= have eaten
unhighlighted = haven't eaten
crossed out = won't ever eat
Click on the (?) if you need an example. Maybelle's Mom did a lot of work getting all of those links. I'm in awe.

I knew there were a lot of vegetarian foods out there, but wow what a diverse list. Very cool.

Wait, you can eat Aloe? Does it protect your tongue from sunburn? :)

ohh fun! I need to do this one too :) You've eaten quite a few of the 100! Nice.

Neat!

I'll have to cut-n-paste and see how many I match.

Thanks for the link to the list!

maybelle's mom: Thanks for putting it all together!

VeggieGirl: I'm glad you found it.

Sarah: Thanks! I'll try to pass it along soon.

Joelen: Your welcome!

Adam: I was impressed with how many she found that I haven't had.

I really didn't think the aloe juice had any taste. Maybe there is another way of eating it? And the health benefit claims are pages long, but I'm not sure about the tongue sun protection. :)

Kitchen Girl Jo: I'll come by to see your list.

Nanc Twop: Glad you found it!

Nanc twop: Thanks for spreading the list!

I feel like such a groupie but guess where I'm going this morning. I couldn't resist when they had a Detroit stop.

Thanks Maggie. I really love these lists because they remind me how little I've actually tried, and thus how little time or room there is to be bored or jaded!
